Bulletin 1 - Pan-American Cup (International event)

Team eligible to register for the event are:

- Teams from Pan-American countries that are not eligible for the Continental Championships (for example, teams that did not qualify for Pan-American Championships based on national championship results);

- Teams from non-Pan-American countries (teams from European, Asian, African, and Oceanian countries).
